Gem County Speed Shooters - GCSS

GCSS is a USPSA affiliated club devoted to promoting the safe and legitimate use of firearms.

Practical pistol matches are held rain or shine on the fourth Saturday of each month at the Gem County Rod & Gun Club, located just east of Emmett, Idaho and about 25 miles northwest of Boise. All steel / fun matches are held on the second saturday of each month.  Match setup takes place at 9:15 on match day. Match registration is from 9:15 - 9:45 and the walk through begins at 1000 sharp. Eye and ear protection are required for all shooters and all spectators.

Match fees are $7 for USPSA matches and $5 for steel / fun matches.

Idaho Society of Practical Shooters - ISPS

Idaho Society of Practical Shooters is a USPSA affiliated club that hosts two USPSA matches per month at Nampa Rod & Gun Club range about 6 miles south of Nampa.

Practice / fun match is the first saturday, and the points match is the 3rd saturday of each month. Matches start at 10:00 hrs from Nov-April, and 0900 from May-Oct.

Setup starts at 0830 - please come out and lend a hand or two! Registration starts at 0930

Most matches require 125-150 rounds of pistol ammunition. Ear and eye protection is required for all competitors or spectators.

Match fees are $10/adult, $5/Junior (18 yrs and under), and $8/NRAGC members. New shooters shoot for free their first time.

Parma Rod & Gun Club - PRNGC.

PRNGC is affiliated with the United States Practical Shooting Association ( www.uspsa.org ). PRNGC holds USPSA matches on the second saturday of each month.

Setup begins at 8:30 AM, shooter registration at 9:30 AM and the match will begin at 10:00 AM.

Matches are a 3 gun format with a USPSA pistol classifer and the total match requires about 120 rounds.

New shooters are welcome, and matches cost $10

Powder River Practical Shooters - PRPS.

PRPS is The Idaho Sections newest practical shooting club and is affiliated with the United States Practical Shooting Association ( www.uspsa.org ). PRNGC holds USPSA matches on the third saturday of each month.

Setup begins at 8:30 AM, shooter registration at 9:30 AM and the match will begin at 10:00 AM.

Our first match will be May 22; and our matches cost $15

South East Idaho Practical Shooters - SEIPS.

SEIPS is affiliated with the United States Practical Shooting Association ( www.uspsa.org ) and shoots on the second saturday of each month rain, shine or snow.

Matches usually consist of six stages with a classifier, usually 2 short, 2 medium and 2 long courses, and average 120 rounds.

Setup begins at 8:00 AM, shooter registration at 9:30 AM and the match will begin at 10:00 AM.

New shooters shoot their first match free, matches cost $15 for members and $20 for non-members.
